Our new “Get a quote” functionality allows you to quickly and easily request a quote directly from your basket.
2 Build your basket
Add the products you require to the basket and the quantities you need.
3 Click “Get a Quote” and choose
- Instant Quote – Available immediately! A quote fixing the items in your basket at the price you already pay, including your discounts.
- Custom Quote – Takes 1-2 days. For high-value or high-volume purchases. Our quotes team will review and email you with a custom quote.
When you have your quote, view and redeem through the Quotes Dashboard.
Please note that the account number associated with your web profile must match the account number on the quotation in order to view it online.

Who is eligible to use the Instant Quote feature?
Anyone with a business account can access our Instant Quote feature. If you are signed in and cannot see the option in the cart, please contact web support
What pricing will be used to create the Instant Quote?
The Instant Quote will reflect the current discounts agreed for the account you selected. Products added from existing quotes will update to also reflect the quoted price.
Prices will remain valid until the Instant Quote expires except for additional charges associated with the order. Price updates will be reflected in the basket and at checkout at the time of purchase.
Will shipping and handling or taxes be included on my Instant Quote?
Additional charges associated with your order will appear on your Instant Quote just as they did in the basket view. Estimated charges will be noted as such and recalculated in the cart during checkout.
Who has access to the Instant Quotes I've generated?
Are any products excluded?
Depending on the account, products you’re eligible to order will also qualify for the Instant Quote feature.
Please note that configurable Oligo and Assay products do not qualify.
- Custom Quote
Who is eligible to use the Custom Quote feature?
Anyone with a business account can request a Custom Quote. If you are signed in and cannot see the option in the cart, please contact web support.
What pricing will be used to create the Custom Quote?
Your request will be reviewed by a member of our team. If the quote request is for a high-value or high-volume purchase, we may be able to offer an additional discount to what is already available on your account.
