Techne offer a range of over 400 Prime Pro DNA/RNA pathogen detection kits for a wide variety of applications. The kits contain all of the components required to run 150 tests. To use the kits, simply combine the components and introduce your DNA/RNA before placing into your real time PCR instrument. For your convenience, each kit is available with and without the mastermix component. The kit components are lyophilised (freeze dried) so can be shipped and stored at ambient temperature. They are stable for 18 months.
