How Can I find My Brady Software License?

Please note that the majority of Brady printers are shipped with a disc that contains the user manual and drivers for the printer, but no software license. You can find the license on a paper pamphlet. Licenses for LabelMark may be supplied on a hardcopy disk. However, these are clearly marked as LabelMark disks. All software installation files (disk or download) must be activated prior to use.


How to Register a Software License to Your Account in the Self-Service Portal?

You need your license ID and activated password for the registration process. After logging in to the Brady License Portal, select Product Registration and enter your license ID and password. If you were not previously registered, you will have to set up a new account. Click “Find and Register” to complete the registration of the new software license for your account.

Printers that support USB connections are shipped with the appropriate cable. Simply connect a USB-B cable to the printer and then connect the other end directly to the computer.
