Description

NucleoSpin™ 96 RNA kits enable the isolation of RNA from up to 96 samples of fresh, frozen or stabilized animal or human cell cultures. NucleoSpin 96 RNA delivers consistent RNA quality, reproducible yields of RNA, and high-throughput procedures free of cross-contamination. The kits combine the stringency of guanidine-isothiocyanate lysis with effective digestion of genomic DNA by DNase I treatment and the speed of silica-membrane technology.

  • Time-saving parallel isolation of RNA from cultured cells or from saliva samples collected with Oragene™•RNA
  • Suitable for manual processing under vacuum or by centrifugation, or used fully automated on common laboratory workstations
  • Includes rDNase for efficient removal of genomic DNA and innovative MN Wash Plate to minimize the risk of cross-contamination
  • Produces the highest purity total RNA, suitable for direct use in any kind of enzymatic reaction, such as RT-PCR, TaqMan, Northern Blot or microarray analysis
