70% Less Plastic

Innovative paperboard and plastic hybrid design uses 70% less plastic than a traditional tip rack. The paperboard rack is stable enough to pipette from and avoids bending and bowing when mounting a pipette tip. One case of 200µL HybridRack™ tips saves 2.9kg of plastic compared to conventional plastic racks.

Most of the packaging can be recycled using curbside recycling programs:

  • Pack box and case box are cardboard and can be recycled anywhere cardboard is recycled
  • The HybridRack itself is made of paperboard and can be recycled anywhere cardboard is recycled
  • The plastic deck is recyclable where polypropylene no. 5 is recyclable

  • For 10μL tips and 200μL tips, approx. 2.9kg of plastic is saved per case
  • For 300μL extended length and 1000μL tips approx. 3.75kg of plastic is saved per case

  • Yes, they are made in an ISO 14001 and ISO 13485 certified facility
  • They are RNase/DNase free, PCR-inhibitor free, Human gDNA free, and non-pyrogenic
