Disposable gloves do not protect against all chemicals. Their effectiveness depends on the material (latex, nitrile, vinyl) and the duration of contact. For safe handling, choose gloves certified to EN ISO 374-1:2016+A1:2018, tested according to EN ISO 374-2:2019 (resistance to penetration), EN 16523-1:2015+A1:2018 (chemical permeation resistance) and EN ISO 374-4:2019 (chemical degradation resistance). Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions regarding usage time and the substances handled.

To minimize allergic reactions when wearing disposable gloves, it is recommended to use accelerator-free nitrile gloves, as they reduce type IV allergies often caused by certain vulcanization additives. If an allergy is suspected, change glove type and consult an occupational physician or dermatologist to identify the cause.

Gloves should be stored in their original packaging, protected from moisture, sunlight and light exposure, and kept at room temperature (10 to 40 °C).
Always check the expiry date and batch number. Proper storage preserves product performance, strength, flexibility and compliance.
