Sequencing Standard, BigDye Terminator v3.1 Dx, contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye™ Terminator v3.1.

Sequencing Standard, BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 Dx, contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers.

The DNA contained in the preparation has been lyophilized to maximize stability. Note: Applied Biosystems Dx genetic analyzers and consumables are for distribution and use in specific European countries only. Not for use in the USA.

  • The BigDye™ Terminator sequencing standard kit contains four tubes, each of which contains enough DNA of a known 1200 base pair sequence prepared with BigDye™ Terminator v3.1 to perform one spectral calibration/performance check and/or one control sequencing run on the 3500 Dx Series Genetic Analyzers.
