The Applied Biosystems™ 7500 Real-Time PCR Systems Spectral Calibration Kit I contains nine Optical 96-well Fast Thermocycling Plates: one preloaded and sealed background plate, seven preloaded and sealed plates with seven separate dye standards, and one region-of-interest (ROI) plate. Spend Your Time on Research - Not Instrument Calibration: This kit's easy-to-use, preloaded 96-well optical reaction plates enable quick and easy calibration of the 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR System. Insert the reaction plates during system installation, and the system collects the dye standard's spectral information.
