  • ALDEFLUOR™ Assay Buffer can be used when counterstaining ALDEFLUOR™-reacted cells with immunofluorescently-labeled antibodies

  • While there is sufficient ALDEFLUOR™-buffer contained within the ALDEFLUOR™ kit, additional buffer may be required for certain immunolabeling procedures
