Qualitatively measures human IgM for 2019-nCoV S-RBD in serum and plasma

  • Indirect ELISA kit

Process:

  • S-RBD Protein (HEK293 cells expression) is pre-coated onto microplate well
  • Samples added to well
  • After incubation, wells are washed and horseradish peroxidase conjugated anti-Human IgM is added to each well
    • Produces complex Recombinant Protein-human anti-S-RBD IgM antibody-HRP conjugated second antibody
  • After incubation, wells are washed followed by Tetramethyl-benzidine (TMB) reagent
  • Solution containing sulfuric acid used to stop color development and color intensity
    • Proportional to quantity of bound protein, measurable at 450 nm with correction wavelength set at 630 nm
