The GeneAmp Fast PCR Master Mix (2X) contains two tubes (1.25mL each) sufficient for 125 20μL PCR reactions. The Fast PCR Master Mix can also be ordered with a protocol.
Applied Biosystems GeneAmp Fast PCR Master Mix reduces PCR reaction time to as little as 25 minutes when used with the Veriti 96-well thermal cycler. The sensitive, premixed hot-start chemistries of this master mix enable quick experiment setup and by generating greater than 90% 'A' overhang, the cloning process is further simplified.
GeneAmp Fast PCR Master Mix may be used to detect a single copy of a gene in 10 ng of human genomic DNA or as little as 10 copies of an HIV target.

- GeneAmp Fast PCR Master Mix is provided at a convienient 2X concentration with only the addition of DNA template and primers required.
