The Attune Xenith Quality Control Beads are designed for use with the Attune Xenith Flow Cytometer to characterize the instrument and monitor day-to-day performance.

Attune Xenith Quality Control Beads are for use with the Attune Xenith Flow Cytometer and its software to automatically characterize the instrument and monitor day-to-day instrument performance. Regular quality control (QC) of your instrument with these beads ensures the accuracy and sensitivity of the instrument and allows identification of any shifts in instrument performance.

The QC beads contain distinct sub-populations of beads labelled with different intensities of fluorescent signal and are used to establish optimal voltage settings for performing spectral and compensation experiments. The beads are pre-calibrated at the factory, and the lot-specific bead performance data is captured as a downloadable file for use in the Attune Xenith software. Each vial contains enough beads for 25 measurements.
