Made of highly conformable impregnated semi-crepe paper, printed with Lead - free indicator ink

  • Lead-free, paper-based adhesive tape with steam process indicator ink, specifically designed to seal packaging for use in steam sterilization processes.
  • The tape features a saturated, semi-creped paper backing and is coated with a high-tack, dry natural rubber and resin-based adhesive.
  • It provides strong adhesion to a wide range of surfaces, including fabrics, metals, plastics, non-wovens, and papers.
  • Its excellent conformability allows for effortless manual application.
  • This indicator is for process monitoring only and is not intended for sterilization validation.
  • The indicator stripes change from light to dark color as evidence of exposure to a saturated steam sterilization cycle.
  • Formulated with lead-free indicator ink and designed for safe handling.
  • Offers high tack, resistance to high temperatures, and provides an excellent moisture barrier.
  • Maintains a strong bond throughout the sterilization process while ensuring clean removal after use.
  • Steam cycles 121°C - 10 min or 134°C - 2 min
  • Steam cycles 134°C - 2 min
