Inserts between standard ground glass joints to eliminate the use of grease. Cowie Technology™ PTFE Thick Wall Sleeve, B-length for Europe is suitable for high vacuum.

Made from PTFE with a substantial shoulder for ease of handling and an overall robust construction for repeated use.
  • Self-release seal to prevent sticking
  • Suitable for high vacuum through the use of transverse trapezoidal sealing rings on the contacting surfaces
  • Use up to 280°C (540°F)
  • Leakage Rate: <1 x 10-4 torr, litre, sec-1
  • Eliminates the need for grease
