Description

Corning Collagen V, human, is used as a thin coating on tissue-culture surfaces to study collagen V effects on cell behaviour.
  • Sourced from human placenta. NOTE: Source material tested for hepatitis B antigen and HIV-1 antibody
  • Electrophoretically homogeneous (SDS-PAGE)
  • Tested and found negative for bacteria, fungi, and mycoplasma
  • Stable for at least three months at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaws
  • Recommended concentration - 1-5 μg/cm2 of growth surface depending on cell type
  • Formulation - frozen in 10mM acetic acid
