CaptureSelect LambdaXP GoPure columns are ready-to-use columns designed for fast and easy purification of lambda monoclonal antibodies on standard chromatography systems with high purity and yield in a single step.

The pre-packed column contains CaptureSelect LambdaXP Affinity Matrix, which enables the purification of human lambda immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM, IgD, and IgE) and Fab fragments directly from complex source materials.

Features of this affinity matrix include:

  • Platform approach for purification of immunoglobulins and their Fab fragments with a Lambda light chain
  • Full coverage for all human Lambda subclasses
  • One-step purification from crude material with high purity and yield
  • No cross binding to the Fc region or kappa light chains
  • Excellent pH stability at 50–80 mM NaOH for limited exposure
  • Specific for human antibodies; works in the presence of serum (bovine/horse)
  • Non-animal-derived

Free of animal components

CaptureSelect products contain affinity ligands based on recombinant single-domain antibody fragments (VHH) created by a proprietary technology. The VHH affinity ligand is a 12 to 15 kDa fragment comprising the three complementarity-determining regions (CDRs) that form the antigen-binding domain, efficiently produced in the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae by a production process free of any animal components (Animal Origin-Free).
