BrdU labelling reagent; Fixative; Blocking reagent; Peroxidase-labelled anti-BrdU; Antibody dilution solution; Wash buffer; Substrate solution

Cell proliferation labelling reagent and Anti-BrdU antibody are available separately

Provides a precise, fast and simple colorimetric assay to quantitate proliferating cells cultured in a 96 well microplate

  • Recommended cell number: 10e6-10e7 cells/mL (Cell proliferation kit) 10e2 cells/well-10e5 cells/well (Biotrak ELISA kit)
  • Required time: 2-3 hour post-labeling (labeling 1-2 hours)
  • Antibody and labeling reagent available separately for ELISA and ICC systems
  • Suitable for in vivo and in vitro tissue labeling in addition to cultured cells (ELISA format)
  • Non radioactive protocols provide sensitivity comparable to autoradiographic methods
