Description

COSA CIP 92 is a liquid, alkaline, surfactant-containing detergent suitable for the removal of organic soil like emulsions, strong fatty formulations and gel in for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

  • Suitable for CIP-systems
  • Excellent removal of organic soil
  • High soil-suspending power
  • For general CIP application (Homogenizers, pipelines, tanks, etc): Concentration: 1 to 3%, Temperature: 45°C to 95°C (circulating manner), Contact time: depending on degree and kind of soiling.
  • Before switching on the spray devices, it is recommended to heat up the solution to >50°C to prevent the formation of foam.
  • Concentration, temperature and cleaning time can be optimized by evaluation of respective cleaning trials.
  • Final rinse with water of minimum drinking water quality, ensuring all soil and product residues are removed.
