Description
- Excellent removal of inorganic and organic deposits.
- Surfactant-free.
- High soil-suspending power.
- Non-foaming >40°C.
- Suitable for CIP-systems.
- For general CIP application (Homogenizers, pipelines, tanks, etc): Concentration: 1.0 to 2.0% COSA CIP solution, 0.5 to 1.0% COSA PUR 84, Temperature: 45°C to 95°C (ideally 60°C to 80°C) if added to COSA CIP 5; 95°C if solely used, Contact time: depends on degree and the type of soiling.
- Concentration, temperature and contact time can be optimized by evaluation of respective cleaning trials.
- Final rinse with water of minimum drinking water quality, ensuring all soil and product residues are removed.
