Description

Flat bottom flasks are suitable for pressureless work. Due to the standard ground joint, plungers can be connected to other ground joint components or closed with ground joint plugs.

Flat bottom flasks are a form variant of the round flasks and have a flattened bottom on which they can stand. The standard ground joint allows a precise connection to other ground joint components such as columns, thermometers, drip funnels, ground joint plugs, etc. Because of their shape, standing pistons are only suitable for pressureless work.
