After the second-dimension run is complete, the large-format gels can be stained using DALT staining tray set and PlusOne silver staining kit, Protein. This combination ensures reliable detection with high sensitivity.The set includes two stainless steel trays for staining solutions; one perforated stainless steel tray that seats within the staining trays; and a transparent plastic cover. The perforated insert supports and restrains gels for transfer between staining trays while allowing staining solutions to drain rapidly.
