Description

Provide fast, easy, high resolution and reproducible manual analysis of DNA fragments in polyacrylamide gels

Kits are intended for use with Multiphor™ II Flatbed Electrophoresis System. Provide more reliable results than those obtained with agarose electrophoresis: optimal separation range is 50-500 base pairs (bp), with resolution of 6-8 bp in the 100–200 bp range.

  • Achieve high throughput with precast gels with 48 preformed 5-7μL sample wells
  • DNA fragments can be visualized in about 120 minutes
  • Silver staining following separations yields high senstivity and permanent documentation of results
