Content And Storage EXPRESS One-Step SYBR™ GreenER™ SuperMix Kits are composed of 2 modules: EXPRESS SYBR™ GreenER™ RT module (containing SuperScript™ III Reverse Transcriptase and RNAseOUT™) and EXPRESS SYBR™ GreenER™ qPCR SuperMix with ROX premixed.

Store at -20°C upon receipt. Once thawed, the EXPRESS SYBR™ GreenER™ qPCR SuperMix can be stored for up to 1 month at +4·C. Product is guaranteed to be stable for 6 months when properly stored.
