Thermo Scientific™ Fluoro-Max™ Fluorescent Carboxylate-Modified Particles
Shop All Thermo Scientific ProductsDescription
Lower detection limits of fluorescent assays by limiting background interference from relatively short-lived matrix fluorescence with Thermo Scientific™ Fluoro-Max Fluorescent Carboxylate-Modified Particles. Made by dyeing Thermo Scientific™ OptiLink™ carboxylate-modified particles with europium chelate, particles have been specifically designed for membrane or automated fluorometric-based applications. With an extremely broad Stokes shift, Fluoro-Max europium chelate particles help prevent nonspecific fluorescence interference.
- Internally dyed to ensure maximum color brilliance and color saturation, resulting in greater sensitivity and enhanced readability of the assay. Eliminates problems associated with enzyme-based assays
- Encapsulated dye prevents leaching in aqueous media, and provides optimum surface immunoreactivity
- Dyeing process causes little or no inhibition of adsorption or covalent couping of immunoglobulin G, resulting in superior binding of protein to the particles
- Suitable for a variety of applications such as clinical diagnostics, immuno/histological studies and research
Recommended for:
Clinical diagnostics, molecular biology and lateral flow, turbidimetric, and slide aggulation assays
