EIF2A has been expressed as a fusion with GFP (Green Fluorescent Protein) to act as a physiological substrate for the EIF2AK family of kinases including PERK (EIF2AK3) and PKR (EIF2AK2).

For use in combination with the LanthaScreen™ Tb-anti-eIF2alpha [pSer52] Antibody (PV4810) to evaluate inhibitors in medium to high throughput screening applications.
