Purify histidine-tagged proteins directly from homogenized, unclarified cell lysates. Cytiva Life Sciences™ HisTrap™ FF Crude Prepacked Columns offer the convenience of simple, one-step purification of histidine-tagged proteins by immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC).
