Description

Infectious Disease Epitope Microarray with 4344 epitope specific peptides printed in duplicate. The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

  • Microarray Content: 3760 linear B-cell epitopes of 196 different pathogens referenced in the Immune Epitope Database and two selected Toxoplasma gondii antigens as overlapping peptides
  • Database Epitope Lengths: 4 to 44 aa
  • Peptide Lengths: 4 to 17 aa depending on the database epitope length; longer epitopes were translated into overlapping 17 aa peptides
  • Number of Peptides: 4344 printed in duplicate and HA, polio and c-Myc control peptides
