ChargeSwitch™ Plasmid ER Mini Kit uses magnetic bead-based technology to allow for rapid and efficient purification of plasmid DNA from 1-5 mL of fresh, overnight bacterial cultures without the use of chaotropic salts, organic solvents, or ethanol, to yield up to 20 μg of transfection-grade plasmid DNA in a total time of about 10 minutes after sample preparation.

All components of the ChargeSwitch™ Plasmid ER (Endotoxin Reduced) Mini Kit are shipped at room temperature. Upon receipt, store components as follows: Store Precipitation Buffer (N5) at 4°C. Mix RNase A in Resuspension Buffer (R4) and store RNase A in Resuspension Buffer (R4) at 4°C. Store the remaining components at room temperature. All components are guaranteed stable for 6 months when stored properly.
