The GripTite 293 MSR Cell Line is provided as two tubes of a frozen stock of 3 x 106 cells, each in 1mL of 90% complete media and 10% DMSO. Liquid Geneticin Selective Antibiotic (20mL) is supplied as a 50mg/mL solution. Versene (100mL) contains 0.2g/L EDTA 4Na in phosphate-buffered saline. 1X concentration is 0.2g/L, 0.53mM.
