Description

Liquid Rnase A is easy to handle without dissolving. It is included in many NucleSpin and NucleoBond kits, where it is added directly to a resuspension buffer in order to prepare samples (e.g., pelleted bacteria) for cell lysis.

  • The Liquid RNase A is primarily intended to be used with NucleoSpin™ and NucleoBond™ kits
  • Has the same specifications as the enzyme provided with all MACHEREY-NAGEL products.
  • Used in the suspension of samples for the purpose of cell lysis
  • Can be used to digest nucleic acids enzymatically when eluted RNA/DNA fractions contain a fraction of the other nucleic acid
