Description

For calibration of wide field, TIRF and confocal fluorescence microscopes, especially for multicolor applications like colocalization analysis and derivation of point spread functions critical for deconvolution

  • Contains one microscope slide, with six viewing regions
  • Each of five viewing regions contains microspheres of one size: 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 or 4.0μm
  • Remaining region contains mixture of all five bead sizes
  • Every microsphere is stained with four different fluorescent dyes [365/430nm (blue), 505/515nm (green), 560/580nm (orange), and 66/680nm (dark red)] that have well-separated excitation and emission peaks
