Description

FastRNA™ Pro Soil-Indirect Kit is used to isolate total RNA from organic material found in soil samples. Total RNA isolated is suitable for RT-PCR analysis and other downstream applications.

  • This kit allows for the sample to be slurried with water or buffer in order to further separate biomass from the soil or environmental matrix, and the resulting supernatant is then filtered, lysed, and purified through the rest of the protocol.
