Description

Seal is suitable for the tight sealing of flat flange vessels with annular groove.

Flat flange vessels are large-volume reaction vessels consisting of a lower part and a lid. These two parts are held together by a clamping ring. The transparent O-ring made of silicone serves as a seal for flat flange vessels with an annular groove. It prevents tilting of the ground surfaces between the lower part and the lid and convinces by its good elasticity. The chemical resistance is limited compared to FEP coated O-rings.
