Description

Oncovirus Epitope Microarray with 4463 epitope specific peptides printed in duplicate. The microarray can be used for epitope mapping, serum screening or biomarker discovery.

  • Microarray Content: 3653 linear B-cell epitopes of human oncoviruses from the Immune Epitope Database including 7 citrullinated peptides and the corresponding arginine variants
  • Database Epitope Lengths: 3 to 50 aa
  • Peptide Lengths: 3 aa to 20 aa depending on the epitope length; longer epitopes were translated into overlapping 20 aa peptides
  • Number of Peptides: 4463 printed in duplicate and HA, polio and c-Myc control peptides
