PD 4'-oxyacetic is a carboxylic acid-functionalized cereblon ligand that can be used for PROTAC® Degrader development. The compound can be used to develop PD-PROTACs that exhibit improved stability and potency compared with PROTACs synthesized using IMiD (immunomodulatory imide drug) analogs.
