Ultra-low particle cleanroom wipes ideally suited for critical and small parts cleaning. Berkshire International™ Durx™ 770 Cleanroom Wipes, Class 100, ISO Class 5 are highly absorbent and exhibit high wet strength.

  • Suitable for cleaning and wiping.
  • Particularly suited for heavy-duty use, regular maintenance tasks, photo resist applications, and around etching baths.
