Description

The ProLabel™ Cloning Vector Bundle is a bundle of two vectors (C and N terminal tags) to produce cells expressing a PL-tagged protein of interest. Provided as 2 vials of 10μg each vector in liquid buffer.

The ProLabel™ Cloning Vector Bundle is a bundle of two mammalian cloning vectors (C and N terminal tags) for use in expressing a protein of interest fused to the ProLabel (PL) tag. The PL tag is a version of ED used for EFC assays (in combination with EA) where ED and EA are contained in separate cellular compartments. Provided as two vials, 1 vial each vector, of 10μg vector in 20μL liquid buffer.
