For effective protease inhibition during protein sample prep

Sample preparation often requires the inhibition of protease activity. This mix contains a combination of competitive and noncompetitive protease inhibitors, which protect proteins from proteolysis during purification from animal tissues, plant tissues, yeast and bacteria.

  • Inhibits >95% protease activity
  • Inhibit serine, cysteine and calpain proteases
  • No EDTA; Optionally, EDTA can be added to inhibit metalloproteases
