Invitrogen™ PureLink™ Expi Endotoxin-Free Giga Plasmid Purification Kit

The PureLink™ Expi Endotoxin-Free Giga Plasmid Purification Kit enables quick and simple isolation of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA using an enhanced anion exchange resin. Purify up to 15 mg of high quality plasmid DNA that is suitable for advanced transfection applications such as transfection of sensitive cells lines. The kit utilizes a novel vacuum-assisted purification workflow that dramatically reduces purification time to approximately 2 hours.

• Simple and fast protocol—unlike other anion exchange-based endotoxin-free plasmid purification systems, a vacuum filtration method is used for lysate clarification and plasmid DNA purification. There is no waiting for gravity-flow columns, and purification typically takes 2 hours.
