Compact, sensitive tube luminometer for flash assays with upgrade options and stand-alone operation.

High-performance luminescence detection

  • Detects less than 0.5 zmol of firefly luciferase (1 amol ATP/tube)
  • Light collection maximized through close proximity of the sample to the detector and optimized light reflectors surrounding the sample vial
  • The detector operated in photon counting mode, ensuring very low background signal, excellent signal-to-noise ratio, and the highest linearity

Outstanding flexibility

  • Sample chamber designed for performance and flexibility - pick the sample format that fits your application best
  • Optional sample holders enable accurate injection into microcentrifuge tubes and standard luminescence tubes
  • Compatible with standard 12 mm luminescence tubes (55 and 75 mm) and microcentrifuge tubes (1.5 and 2 mL)

Intuitive touchscreen operation

  • Touchscreen-driven software operated by touch gestures
  • Easy-to-use software with advanced features such as handling of replicates, dual assay calculations, and display of graphics
  • Data can be downloaded onto a USB stick, printed, or exported for further calculation in Excel or other programs
