These non-chemical-resistant Welch Standard Duty Diaphragm Pumps characterized by a compact design, long lifespan and oil-free evacuation are designed for aqueous and standard duty applications.

  • These non-chemical-resistant diaphragm pumps characterized by a compact design, long lifespan and oil-free evacuation are designed for aqueous and standard duty applications. The diaphragm series from Welch are well known for their quiet and smooth operation. This is a result of continuous product improvements and close relationships with our customers. With their low weight and compact design, users can easily move the pump and use it on different applications/locations.
  • Depending on the specific requirements, Welch provides 1, 2, 4, and 8-head diaphragm pumps. They are available in one or multistage configuration with controlled (ecoflex) or uncontrolled pumping speed. Ecoflex diaphragm pumps are equipped with a state-of-the-art vacuum control which allows the pumping speed to be varied. The vacuum can be adjusted precisely to individual needs with the result that the process runs more efficiently and is reproducible. The additional pressure reduction allows the distillation of mixtures almost automatically and without fractionated operation. Ecoflex diaphragm pumps guarantee a positive economic and ecological balance with the result that operation costs can be reduced by up to 80%.
