Description

Ideal for use with any female luer fitting. BD Vacutainer™ Luer Adapters are sterile devices with a multi-sampling valve that are designed for use with a catheter or hypodermic needle to collect blood using BD Vacutainer™ blood collection tubes.

The BD Vacutainer™ system is a closed system optimally designed and tested for controlling pre-analytical variability throughout the specimen collection and handling process.
  • Provides sterile, secure and safe specimen sampling for fast, accurate and consistent results
  • Offers the security of a threaded, locking luer connection, replacing a luer-slip device
  • Latex-free and compatible with a female luer connection or needleless IV site designed for luer lock access
