Sf-900 II Serum Free Media, 10 L, prefilled in a 20 L Series-O Wave Cellbag.

Sf-900 II SFM is a protein-free insect cell culture medium optimized for the growth and maintenance of Spodoptera frugiperda (Sf9 and Sf21) cells and for large-scale production of recombinant proteins expressed using the baculovirus expression vector system (BEVS). This medium is suitable for suspension and monolayer culture methods and supports growth of other lepidopteran cell lines.
