Anti-VISTA Antibody [730804] is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects human VISTA/B7-H5/PD-1H. VISTA (V-domain Ig suppressor of T cell activation), also known as platelet receptor Gi24, is a member of the Ig superfamily and is a transmembrane molecule expressed in bone, on embryonic stem cells (ESCs), and on tumor cell surfaces. Gi24 interacts with BMP-4, potentiating BMP signaling and the transition from an undifferentiated to a differentiated state; and promotes MT1-MMP expression and activity and serves as a substrate for MT1-MMP. Provided as 25μg of antibody in 50μL buffer.
