For applications ranging from PCR and Real-Time PCR to ELISA and cell culture, Axygen films are an easy and cost-effective way to seal plates and enhance automation. Used to seal multi-well microplates. Sealing film temperature ranges from -40°C to +104°C.

Breathable

  • Allow effective gas exchange for cellular and bacterial cultivation — while preventing contamination
  • Seal polypropylene and polystyrene culture plates, 96- and 384-well plates including other assay plates
Aluminum
  • Provides exceptional seal on multi-well plates with varied temperatures and reagents
  • With compression mats, films and tapes seal during thermocycling
  • Ideal for light-sensitive samples and its uniformly applied adhesive provides optimum well sealing
  • Pierceable, PCR-AS-200
CyclerSeal
  • Exceptional seal across entire plate safeguards samples during transport or storage
  • When used with Axygen's compression mat, this polyester film eliminates well-to-well contamination and cross-over in PCR applications
AxySeal
  • Polyester-based with uniformly and consistently applied acrylic adhesive to eliminate the edge effect in sensitive ELISA assays
  • Suitable for sealing tissue culture plates, short-term storage and incubation, transport and the containment of biohazardous solutions
  • Available in both nonsterile and sterile packaging
