Description
For reconstitution, add sterile, distilled water to achieve a final antibody concentration of 1 mg/mL. Gently shake to solubilize the protein completely. Do not vortex. CD122 and CD132 are integral subunits of the interleukin-2 receptor (IL-2R) complex, which also includes the alpha chain (CD25). They are respectively known as the beta chain (CD122) and the gamma chain (CD132). These genes are expressed in various cell types and are crucial for immunological responses. The heterodimeric CD122/CD132 receptor subunits are vital for the signal transduction of interleukins like IL-2 and IL-15, which are critical for T cell proliferation and activation. CD122, in particular, has an extensive intracellular region, making it indispensable for downstream signaling.
