Stable in 100% aqueous mobile phase, Hypersil GOLD aQ polar endcapped C18 preparative HPLC columns provide enhanced retention and resolution of polar analytes.

Retain and resolve polar analytes for your scale up purification needs by using Thermo Scientific™ Hypersil GOLD™ aQ Polar Endcapped C18 preparative columns. These C18 preparative HPLC columns are perfect for challenging reversed phase separations using highly aqueous mobile phases. Our columns come in a wide range of dimensions and an option for XtendedLife hardware which improves column lifetime by maintaining a uniform packed bed.

Alternative selectivity with polar endcapped C18 stationary phase

  • Polar functional group in endcap provides further interaction mechanism for separation of polar compounds.
  • Yields superior retention of polar compounds.
  • C18 (USP L1) selectivity.

Stability in highly aqueous mobile phases

  • Applicable in 100% aqueous mobile phases.

Preparative HPLC Column Hardware Options - based on column inner diameter (i.d.) and column performance needs.

Standard Threaded and Standard Flange Hardware
