Invitrogen™ Phospho-GATA2 (Ser401) Polyclonal Antibody

Description
Antibody detects endogenous levels of GATA2 only when phosphorylated at Ser401.
GATA2 (GATA binding protein 2) belongs to the GATA family of transcription factors. GATA proteins play a very important role in signaling pathways controlling proliferation and differentiation of erythroid progenitor cells. There are 6 transcription factors in the GATA family: GATA1 to GATA6. GATA2 is a transcriptional activator regulating endothelin-1 gene expression in endothelial cells. It also appears to be involved in differentiation of other tissue types (uro-genital and nervous) during embryogenesis.
