TAAR3 Polyclonal Antibody, Invitrogen™
Description
IHC(P) analysis shows positive staining of GPR57 in ascending tubules of human kidney. WB analysis shows GPR57 in glyco-protein enriched fractions from mock transfected or GPR57 overexpressed 293 cells. GPR57 exists in different glycosylated forms.
G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs, or GPRs) contain 7 transmembrane domains and transduce extracellular signals through heterotrimeric G proteins. Expression of GPR101 has been documented by Northern analysis in human hypothalamus, caudate, and putamen but not in thalamus, hippocampus, frontal cortex, or pons.
