Use this nonpolar GC column for the demanding requirements of high temperature simulated distillation analysis.

For the demanding requirements of high-temperature, simulated distillation analysis, choose the Thermo Scientific™ TRACE™ TR-SimDist Column. The column has a strongly cross-linked phase with an operating temperature limit of 400°C. Its stable low-bleed profile facilitates consistent background subtraction, which is common practice in these analyses.

Engineered for Superior Performance:
  • Nonpolar phase, 100% dimethyl polysiloxane
  • Optimized for simulated distillation analysis
  • High temperature limits (400˚C for films <1.0μm; 370˚C for 2.65μm films)
  • Strongly cross-linked
Applications:
  • High molecular weight hydrocarbons
  • Simulated distillation
  • ASTM D2887, D6532
Recommended For:
  • Simulated distillation
  • Petroleum
Alternative Uses:
  • Xylenes
Similar To:
  • DB-HT Sim Dis
  • DB-2887
  • BPX1
  • Rtx™-2887
  • HP-1
  • Petrocol™ 2887
  • Petrocol™ EX2887
